How we’re evolving in 2025

Spring has officially arrived, and here at Evolve we’re all about development in 2025—helping you evolve the way you live. Our goal is to guarantee a superior housing experience so that your home always feels like your own private oasis. We have some incredible projects up our sleeves at Evolve Companies this year that we can’t wait to share with you. Keep reading to hear all about our evolution in 2025!

Evolve at the Pines

Greenville, NC

The first buildings will be available for move-ins this spring, with the entire community being completed by the end of 2025!

Evolve Grove Park

Fruitland Park, FL

Nestled into Fruitland Park, FL, Evolve Grove Park offers the perfect blend of convenience and outdoor escape. Its close proximity to The Villages means residents can enjoy great shopping and dining options. Evolve Grove Park is also located near Lake Griffin State Park—offering lush green spaces and outdoor recreation.

Residents will have access to a luxury community clubhouse, resort-style saltwater swimming pool with private cabanas, a 24-hour fitness center, and so much more. Evolve Grove Park has a game room and golf simulator, pickleball courts, hammock garden, and a playground.

The first buildings will be ready for move-in this July, and the entire community is expected to be complete by the end of 2025.

Evolve Palm Coast

Located in the stunning city of Palm Coast, FL, Evolve Palm Coast is perfect for anyone wanting both coastal charm and modern living. Explore the beautiful coastlines of local beaches, wander lush trails in nearby parks, and end your day by dining at delicious waterfront restaurants.

Evolve Deep River

High Point, NC

Evolve Deep River offers elegant and modern apartment living in High Point, NC. These one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes (some even including sunrooms!) are conveniently located near major employers and top-rated schools in the area.

Residents can spend their days swimming in the resort-style saltwater pool, exercising in the 24-hour fitness center, playing pickleball with friends, or taking their kids to the community playground. Evolve Deep River also has a business center, game room, and dog park.

As of this month, we’ve officially completed construction at Evolve Waterford Apartments! These stunning one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes are located right outside of Leland, NC and just a short drive from Wilmington. This means residents will have all the benefits of city living, while also getting to enjoy the peaceful environment of their home.

The apartment homes themselves offer gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, undermount sinks, granite countertops, and ceramic tile backsplashes. Evolve Waterford’s open and airy kitchens are the perfect space for gathering with friends.

We started 2024 with the absolute honor of being recognized as a Business of Distinction in Wilmington, NC! Wrightsville Beach Magazine featured Evolve Companies in their amazing Green Spaces article, highlighting the plants we have at the center of our design—both in our Wilmington headquarters and at our communities.

Greenery in our workspaces at Evolve

The power of plants can lift the mood in any space—so what better place for plants that double as art than in a workspace? And the plants don’t even need to be real to elevate the environment! Amanda Lisk with Wrightsville Beach Magazine wrote, “Whether real or faux, adding plants to a room elevates the aesthetic, the mood, and the oxygen level when live. Plants just make everything better,” and we totally agree.

In our Wilmington headquarters, we’ve added lush (sometimes faux) plants wherever possible—from table centerpieces to stunning artwork framed on the walls.

Thanks to our friends at The Coastal Succulent, Evolve’s Wilmington headquarters has come to life with plants that set us apart—literally with our 8-foot gorilla topiary in the courtyard. Shawna Raines, our Development/Marketing Coordinator shared with the magazine that people who see the gorilla from the street even stop to take photos with it.

Part of our commitment to evolve the way you live is by keeping things fresh in our communities! One of our newer projects, Oceans RV Resort, is a different take on your typical RV park. This isn’t your basic spot to camp for the night!

As unique as Oceans RV Resort is, we wanted to bring the aesthetic to life with plants. Framed plant artwork and centerpieces dispersed throughout the resort are sure to catch your eye!

Wrapping Up 2023 and Evolving Into 2024

A look back at our evolution in 2023

We can hardly believe the end of 2023 is right around the corner, but ya know what they say—time flies when you’re havin’ fun! At Evolve Companies, our mission is to keep growing so that we can help you do the same. 2023 was BIG, and we can’t wait for what’s to come next year.

How We’re Evolved in 2022

It’s hard to believe 2022 is on its way out and we’re headed into a fresh new year! At Evolve Companies, we’re firm believers in constant growth and evolution so that we can help you evolve the way you live. With 40+ communities in various stages of development, construction, and lease-up as we close on quarter four this year, we’re excited to announce we have even more magic up our sleeves coming in 2023.

Another cherry on top of 2022 was our recognition by the National Multifamily Housing Council as a Top 25 Largest Builder in the US.
