Yes! Evolve St. James offers 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options. Want a taste of outdoors? Our bottom-level one and two-bed apartments include fenced, turf yards — your very own private oasis!

Do you allow pets?

Yes! All Evolve Apartment Communities allow pets. They’re purr-fectly fine by us. In fact, we love your pets as much as you do and that’s why we offer a fenced park and dog spa. Like all apartments, we do have a few exceptions so please ask about your specific furry friends when you’re on your leasing tour.

How far away are Oak Island Beaches?

Pack your beach bags and set your clock for island time! While most GPS devices will tell you it takes about 20 minutes to drive from Southport to Oak Island, we clock less than 10 minutes from our parking lot to the beachfront. Oak Island is a long strand of beach comprised of three different towns: Holden Beach, Long Beach and Caswell Beach. Take your pick!
